Well, it's probably nothing new to a lot of you, but I've just discovered Toby Lurie. Lurie is a little late of the beat generation, he only started writing poetry in '65 on his 40th birthday. I think he deserves a spot here though. His "word music" is fantastic, really interesting stuff. Just listen to his poem Dada.
He also put out a few albums back in the late 60's and the beauty of it is, you can download his recordings free from his website. Listen while you check out some of his abstract paintings . Cool stuff.
